You deal with one developer the whole way through. We start with the problem, agree on what to build and what it costs, and then I keep it running after launch.

Describe the problem, give a rough budget if you have one, and leave a way to reach you. You don't need a finished spec.

We agree on the scope, the build price, and the monthly care fee before I start.

Build
I build what we agreed on. You see it as it comes together and make the decisions that are yours to make.

Monthly care
A monthly fee covers hosting, updates, support, and new features. After launch, you still call me.
What monthly care includes
Hosting, updates, support, and the new features we agree on as your needs change.
What you own
You own the product, the code, and the accounts. You get the source code, not just the finished screens.
If the monthly care stops
Hosting, updates, and support stop. I hand over your code, your data, and instructions for running the software. If I've been paying the hosting bill, you'll need to take hosting over to keep the site or app online. I'll walk you through that before anything comes down.
